Lindsay is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant working with individual athletes, teams, and coaches on enhancing performance and improving quality of experience for all types of performers. Through individual consultations, workshops, and small group seminars, she connects and collaborates with performers to maximize the opportunity to achieve success. Lindsay works primarily with college and high school athletes. Lindsay takes a holistic and individualized approach aimed at helping performers grow and develop by establishing the mental skills and mindset necessary for optimal performance as athletes and as people. Additionally, Lindsay provides sport psychology workshops on a range of topics to programs across many sports. She is a member of the Association of Applied Sports Psychology.
Lindsay received her M.Ed. from Boston University's Clinical Counseling and Sports Psychology program. She earned her undergraduate from Harvard with a degree in Psychology.
Lindsay currently works as an LMHC and a CMPC providing counseling and performance psychology services. She is founder and director of Hallion Hoop Academy.

Prior professional experience includes five years as an assistant coach for the Harvard Women's Basketball team. As the program's recruiting coordinator, she worked to evaluate and recruit top players around the world. Miller also focused on player development, academic advising, and mentorship. She also served as Head Coach at The Rivers School in Weston.
As an athlete, Miller played point guard for a Crimson team which won 3 Ivy Championships during her career. She served as captain her senior year. After graduation, she played overseas in Europe.
